The side curtains are older and in need of restoration. The only known issue is that the heater core is leaking and has been bypassed. The engine is freshly rebuilt with new sleeves. With the car's design already four years old, the stylists at Triumph renewed the TR3's appearance, which gave it a huge boost in sales. The brake and clutch hydraulic systems have also been fully rebuilt with new clutch and brakes installed. This small-mouth design lasted until September 1957 when the restyled TR3A was introduced. Throughout 1995, 19 a total of 13,377 Triumph TR3 cars were produced, varying between the Short and Long door versions.
